Brittany Elena Photography Alternative Wedding, Portrait and Branding Photographer My name is Brittany Elena Bensch. Photography has been a love of mine since I was a teenager.

What I enjoy most about photography is that I can just let my creativity flow. I love my job because it gives me to opportunity to not only meet new people, but it also allows me to capture special moments in their lives and put my creative stamp on them. I took yesterday to process the results of the election. It was a tough pill to swallow. And it brought on a mixture of emotions. I don’t think many Americans will realize the gravity of this decision immediately. While others feel like their world is ending.

I hope for the sake of mine and my loved ones’ freedoms along with yours, that the ideas both spoken and written by the winning party were just false threats and not promises.

This is a reminder that I will still continue to fight for equality. And that ALL ARE WELCOME HERE.

Don’t know if you saw my story this past weekend, but I dropped an announcement. Yes, it’s true. This was my last large wedding (went out with a bang). It’s been wonderful working with all of my fantastic couples for the last 11 years, but it’s time for a change.
