Man, oh man. 🥰 For years, I’ve watched print competitions featuring photographers from all over the world. Every time I went to WPPI, I’d tell myself, *“I should’ve joined.”* But something always held me back—fear, doubt, the dreaded imposter syndrome. This year, I finally decided to take a chance. I marked the deadline on my calendar and went for it.

I submitted a few photos to the , and to my utter shock and joy, one of them received a SILVER AWARD. I’m beyond humbled 🥹. To have my work critiqued and recognized by some of the *best photographers in the world* is something I never imagined for myself.

This experience has reminded me to trust the process, trust my art, and, most importantly, trust myself. It’s easy to feel like you don’t belong or like you’re not good enough. But this moment is proof that the magic happens when you step outside your comfort zone. My goal moving forward is to keep pushing, keep learning, and keep being unapologetically *me*.

Here’s to taking risks and believing in the work we pour our hearts into. 🖤
