I have been failing from Kidney damage for approximately seven years, I have been in stage four kidney failure for five years!!! I’ve had a lot of complications through these years because of what’s going on with the kitty damage, and now I have been in the hospital for the past six days!!! I came to the hospital in the excruciating abdominal pain. I’ve been trying to find out what is going on they took lot of x-rays and now it looks like I have bowl Obstructions that’s where all the pain coming from. I have not been able to eat anything in five days!!! I’m asking for family and friends to say prayers for me to get through this!!! I am at Saint Joe’s Lake, St. Louis Hospital staff treated be great a great care and take care of me. Please say a prayer for them too!!! they may be doing some sort of surgical procedure to clear the obstruction and see what caused it, so hopefully recovery will be soon how soon we do not know!!! Thank you for reading this and positive thoughts you could send my way would be fantastic!!!

For Easter decided to take a chance and do something I’ve never done before I made a raspberry urban glaze to go on the ham, made up my own technique on how to apply the glaze and get it to cook into the meat and keep things moist so didn’t dry out and it worked out perfect the meat was heated four times with a glaze on it and then help the glaze sit in on the meat and in the meat which gave it so much flavor!!! The best thing we did was when we cut the ham we let all the droppings fall into the juice and soak the juices up before we handed it out on the plates and that made it incredible sandwich with all the flavor grade experiment done right ,?this time😎

Yesterday fat boys barbecue made it’s first sugar free barbecue sauce it was taste tested on 1 inch thick cut pork chops they were slow smoked with five different types of wood to perfection ,sauce blended very well with the flavor of the meat and the smoke I got great reviews from my taste testers

Half pound Smokehouse cheddar cheese jalapeño and onion burgers slow smoked perfection with natural smooth flavor of meat and smoke four different types of woods were used to create the flavor!!!

We had a break in the weather right before we’re supposed to get a snowstorm I had an qued in a little while so here’s what I did 3 pound roast for pork steaks two ribeyes I made a big thing of pasta vegetable salad with a sweet red wine vinaigrette
