Just a short review of the year. Too many Pork Butts to count this year, many slabs of ribs and a couple Turkeys. So much amazing food and so many happy (and full) people.

The best events in life should be equally paired with amazing food.

This last weekend we celebrated my parents 50th anniversary. My siblings, their families, my family and I all came together to spoil them.

While out there we were spoiled with some amazing smoked ribs. For their anniversary event we made smoked Mac & Cheese and smoked pulled pork.
