The best events in life should be equally paired with amazing food.

This last weekend we celebrated my parents 50th anniversary. My siblings, their families, my family and I all came together to spoil them.

While out there we were spoiled with some amazing smoked ribs. For their anniversary event we made smoked Mac & Cheese and smoked pulled pork.

We finished catering our last event in June. And in true fashion for me, I forgot to take pictures.

Tallying up numbers for June events, here are the quantities of products we used.

700 lbs of meat (Pork Shoulder, Chicken Thighs, Brisket, Beef Shoulder)
1600 bakery fresh buns ( )

Had the privilege to smoke up some pulled pork as a donation for the wrestling coaches to enjoy at the 9th grade individuals wrestling tournament today.

They work hard and spend much time away from their families. Glad to give them a great meal to enjoy!

Recent catering event I did for Health Partners Clinic in C**n Rapids. Smoked Pulled Pork, Smoked Pulled Chicken and Smoked Mac & Cheese.

The room smelled amazing and so many comment of how great it was and how good it all smelled.
