So we've have been humbled and blessed by compliments on our Buffalo Chicken Dip. Here's the secret that puts it over the top in our opinion. Bar-Bill medium wing sauce. Delicious food there and now their sauce is available at Tops! Go Bills!

16oz buttermilk ranch
1 chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
8oz cream cheese block
1 cup shredded chedder cheese (mild or sharp)
8oz Bar-Bill medium wing sauce

Adjust to your preference i.e. less spicy then use less wing sauce, thicker dip add more chicken, etc.

A dream of mine has always been my own restaurant, but I love my job with Edward Jones so a restaurant is not an option for Courtney and I. We do share a passion for cooking and baking, especially for others! So in 2023 we are looking at starting a catering business for a few parties a year. We would be willing to cater things like graduation parties or retirement parties and will only cater for events on the weekends to start.
