In the midst of our daily hustle, endless tabs, & the weight of the world — pausing can feel like a luxury. But breath is something we all have access to — our most powerful, grounding tool for presence, creativity, energy levels & wellbeing.

At Pinterest’s Bloom Conference, the Blackboard Employee Group created intentional space for restoration & reflection through a Brain Break led by & produced by .

Throughout the day, participants were guided through active breathwork sessions — releasing stress, unlocking creativity, and reconnecting with calm amidst the buzz of a full day.

We design experiences that bring wellness, creativity, and connection to workplaces, retreats, and gatherings. Because when we breathe deeply, we create deeply.
