It's the season of planning and dreaming.

Dreaming big doesn’t mean you have to have it all figured out today. It’s about giving yourself space to imagine more for your life—on your terms. 🌟

Here’s how to start:
🔥 Start Where You’re At: What feels possible for you right now? That’s the foundation. Want to save some money, start creating again, or take a new step in your career? That’s the start of something big.
🔥 Make It Yours: Your goals don’t have to look like anyone else’s. Whatever feels real and exciting to you is what matters.
🔥 Take It Step by Step: Break it down into moves you can make. Each small step adds up to something huge.
🔥 Picture the Vision: Write it, say it, draw it—however you connect to it. When you can see it clearly, it feels realer and easier to work toward.

You deserve to dream on your own terms. Whatever your big idea is, it’s worth chasing—one step at a time. 💭

🍉 August Spotlight:2024 Soul Box Supper Club x KQED 🗳️

This August, we poured everything into our biggest supper club yet—Vote Where Your Mouth Is, in partnership with

The mission? To unpack the local politics of food—talking about food deserts in the Bay Area, the lack of funding for urban farms, and why our communities are overflowing with liquor stores but struggling for access to fresh groceries.

We didn’t just have a conversation, this Supper Club was special for more reasons than words can express. Scroll to see how each course on the menu was a necessary piece to an important story told through food, art, and intentionality. We were so hands on for each part of this project from:
🌿 Picking and collecting donations of flowers and fresh harvests at 8+ local urban farms and gardens.
🛒 Pulling up to spots like Grocery Co-op, community resource hubs, urban gardens, and even liquor stores to ask real questions and listen to what our community is going through.
✨ Talked with residents in the community to truly understand the barriers and opportunities around food justice.

Everything we learned showed up in the menu. Each dish told a story about what it’s like to live in a place where survival and abundance collide to make something elevated and beautiful when nurtured with love. Guests didn’t just eat—they left with fresh produce bouquets and harvest bags, a reminder of what’s possible when we come together.

did her thing for over 80 people at a sold-out event. We had live music keeping the vibes going all night by and , along with deep conversations, and a space full of people ready to make an impact before an important election.

And now? This unforgettable night is about to live forever, featured in ’s coffee table book!

This wasn’t just dinner. It was proof that food, community, and storytelling can spark real change.

This month stretched me to my limits. There were moments I thought the pressure would break me, but instead, it pushed me to new heights. I’m so proud of the magic we created, the community we built, and the joy we shared. If you’re out here hustling through the struggle, know this: you’re not alone, and you’re capable of more than you think. 💪🏾✨
