This ain’t no average take on wellness.

We hosted Brain Break in a space soaked in legacy—a place where the ancestors already did the heavy lifting. All we had to do was breathe.

This was about nervous system regulation. About making healing feel possible for folks who don’t always see themselves in these spaces. About transforming a historic site into a living altar—for restoration, joy, and coming back to yourself.

You don’t have to be “woo-woo” to need a reset. You just have to be human.

Thank you to everyone who brought their magic—through sound, scent, stillness, and space-holding. We’re just getting started.

Sometimes the real flex is slowing down, catching your breath, and still leaving with your cup full. Brain Break is a wellness experience designed for us to exhale, connect, and recharge — no pressure, just presence. We’re mixing intention with joy, healing with rhythm, and creating space to just be.

We’re pulling up to on Saturday, July 20 for a midday moment rooted in rhythm, rest, and community healing. Come take what you need — and leave a little more grounded.
