Art isn’t just something we observe; it’s something we experience through our everyday lives. During Arty Bus experience, we made a special stop for a secret garden meditation at in Richmond for a mini-grounding session with of . Though it wasn’t the full breathwork experience, it was a beautiful moment to reset and reconnect. If you missed it, you can still catch some full breathwork and healing this Sunday 3/23 at in Oakland from 10 AM to 12 PM. Come breathe life into your weekend!

🎨 🚍 The Arty Bus was THE VIBE!!!

Huge thank you to everyone who came out, spent the day with us, and showed love to the galleries, artists and small businesses that made this experience so special. We went to 5 stops across East Bay, showcasing the rich art culture we have available to us in our own communities.

This immersive art tour highlighted 5 creative hubs and galleries along the East Bay featuring the works of alongside the 150+ Black artists from the Art of the African Diaspora exhibition.

The Arty Bus experience was an act of Sloane's artivism- creating an experience that makes art spaces feel more accessible, less intimidating, easier to connect with, and brings people together in a unique way.

Big shoutouts to for the grounding meditation, for video capture, and to for the incredible photos! Thank you to for getting us around in the most fun way.

It may be a rainy day Today but here's the perfect pick-me-up: grand opening is 10 days away and we've got so much fun in store!

Start the morning off right with grounding yin yoga by followed by a community altar for you to bring a book or gift to contribute to the space!

Calling all my musicians: From 11-12:30pm we're having an open music jam to bless the space the best we know how!

But wait... there's more! We've got 3 incredible DJs on the lineup: .wav will be spinning for a coffeehouse celebration like no other! When we first teamed up with , it was all love, culture, and community— they turned one of my dreams to reality, roasting our Barrier Breaker Blend and bringing it to Solid Grounds' Coffee & Conversations events and farmers markets. Now, they're leveling up in a BIG way…

This past weekend was one for the books! We had about 100 pppl pulled up for at and the vibes were immaculate with sounds curated by DAGHE. Folx sipped on the Still I Rise hazy IPA collab with
and enjoyed exclusive merch; both whose artwork was designed in collaboration with —a climber, muralist, and integral part of our community.

A major highlight was the film screening of Reaching New Peaks, a documentary by and my dear friends at . I'm so proud of for all that went into shining light on this important project.

The film follows as they introduce our community to climbing, kayaking, and scuba diving, growing from local “Reach Your Peak” meetups at gyms to their third annual Ice Climbing Festival trip in Ouray, Colorado. The film captures their journey of perseverance, adventure, and community impact. THEY ARE REALLY DOING BIG THINGS FOR THE COMMUNITY.

It wasn’t just about climbing—it was about showing up, building connections, and creating spaces for us by us.

A huge thank you to everyone who pulled up, participated, and made this event a success! Though I couldn't be there physically for this one, my heart feels so full from behind the scenes. Stay tapped in for more events, more climbing, and more ways to build together.

This month, we're bringing our Black History Corporate Markets to a global scale! 🎉 We just wrapped up our Santa Clara and San Diego Markets with ServiceNow. Tomorrow, we’ll be hosting Black women vendors onsite at Udemy HQ in San Francisco, Dublin, Ireland, and Denver. And that's not all – we’ll also be hosting a powerful panel discussion on Black Women in Entrepreneurship! ✨

This is my FIRST global market, and I’m so excited to be building a strong network of Black and Brown businesses across the West Coast and beyond. 💪🏽

We had a TIME LAST FRIDAY, ya'll. My pole baes and and I created an intimate space for 40 Black folx to engage in some somatic movement through sensual stretch, twerk & pole workshops for everyone—from newbies to experienced.

We had curating the sounds, vendors providing food ( ), dancewear ( ), henna ( ), candles and more( ) along with a popup from Adult Happy Hour podcast, some photo booth moments captured by , and dope swag from the team. Big thanks to for providing us with this beautiful space!

Dancing, laughing, connecting, and feeling sexy, confident, and beautiful. Isn't that what love month is all about? We heard and y'all loved it.... So who's pulling up for the next one?
