The Aurora Catering Fan Club was definitely out in fill force at the Alameda County Fair! Thanks for all your support at Chef Marty and Kenny's cooking presentation. The audience enjoyed samples of Tomato Tartare on a Parmesan Crisp, Watermelon Skewers, and Chocolate Covered Grapes. All of which are great appetizers which you can make at home! (or have Aurora do it)
