October is the perfect time of year for a wine country wedding, and as always, Beaulieu Gardens provided the perfect backdrop ⛲️💐
The processional included Hozier’s “Take Me to Church” and JVKE’s “Golden Hour” for the bride. The happy couple made it official with Dido’s “Thank You.” (It’s been a minute since we’ve played that song 👏👏👏)

Oh what a night it was up in Sonoma at the Montage Healdsburg. Our musicians performed at the wedding celebration of Brendan Fitzpatrick and Chloe de Serigny this past weekend, and the event was nothing short of extravagant! Holy flowers! 🌸🤍🌸🤍🌸 (where’s a white flower emoji when you need one? oh, the wedding probably took those, too 😉)
There were probably, oh, a gazillion vendors on hand, but we were happy to see our good friends Cole Drake Events steering this enormous ship!

🎼🎶For the ceremony, our musicians performed the Verve’s “Bittersweet Symphony” and the traditional wedding March for the bride. We also played pop / Bridgerton arrangements for prelude and ended the night with the Walton Stout Band from the Jordan Kahn Music Company (*phew* 😮‍💨) (nice working with you again 🙌)

Well, there’s a first for everything, and sharing an event with a bubble violinist was definitely one of them 🎻🫧 😮
At this ✨fairy tale💫 wedding earlier this month, Matt, Tammie, Ivo and Lucas performed some very special requests from the bride and groom.
For the processional:
James Arthur’s “Say You Won’t Let Go”
Modern English’s “I Melt with You” (another first! 👏)
And for the bride and parents: “Until I Found You” by Stephen Sanchez 🤍💍
The couple then walked away as Mr. and Mrs. to Queen’s “Crazy Little Thing Called Love”

Shannon, Toshiya, Chad and Kristin traveled south of the Bay earlier this month and played at the stunning Bernardus Lodge in Carmel Valley.
For the wedding ceremony, the couple special requested a quartet version of Taylor Swift’s
“Enchanted” arranged for orchestra by Joseph William Morgan. Arranged for string quartet by our very own Rachel Turner Houk Such a super pretty song and orchestral arrangement 🎤🎶🎵🎶🥲🥰

‘Tis was a formal affair at San Francisco City Hall (our players clean up so nicely, don’t they? 😉😁). And wow, the floral design on the Grand Staircase was stunning!

The evening wedding began with cocktail hour on the Mayor’s Balcony 🍾🥂 followed by the ceremony 💍. The couple who flew up from L. A. for their special day chose a special arrangement of Lana Del Ray’s “Ride” for their processional ♥️ 🎶

The Four Seasons Resort in Napa Valley seems to be the place to say the “I do’s” this year! 💍
Our cellist🎻, Lucas Chen, performed at this event earlier this spring where
the wedding party walked down the aisle to Frank Sinatra’s “It Had to Be You” and the bride to Mazzy Star’s beautiful “Fade into You.” The newly married Mr. and Mrs. then sauntered away to 🎤”I Got You Babe.”
As you can see from the pics, ‘‘twas a most wonderful affair.

Via Sattui is not only a place for wine tastings and finding yummy noshes, but it’s also a beautiful setting for a wedding ❤️
The bride and groom chose classical pieces for their ceremony as Rachel, Genie and Lucas played Bach’s Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring and Vivaldi’s Largo mvmt from Winter during the processional with the bride walking down the aisle to Pachebel’s Canon.
Cocktail hour was later held in Vittorio Garden where the group traded in the classical for pop tunes 🎤

Our musicians played prelude, cocktail hour🥂, and dinner 🍽️ during the event where they also performed “Happy” by Pharrell Williams 😊 for the couple’s announcement at dinner.

San Francisco City Hall has so many wonderful ceremony locations within its storied walls. Whether it be the Grand Staircase, Mayor’s Balcony, or in this case, the Fourth Floor, each and every spot is perfect and breathtaking.

The couple, who ventured out Texas with their friends and family chose songs by Carly Simon, Larry Graham, Drake and Miguel as part of their ceremony 🎼🎶💍❤️

Our musicians were on again at the beautiful Four Seasons in Napa this past weekend. We love seeing the transformation of the barn from last Saturday to yesterday’s reception 😍

The wedding was a beautiful, heartfelt event with the couple’s special requesting of Whitney Houston’s classic, “Higher Ground” as their recessional.
