Who or what is your inspiration in business?
My biggest inspiration in running my business was my father, who taught me the first thing in life was learning how cooking. That was the best thing for me and creating bond in our relationship, as a son, it was foundation in life that it is an important structure that is needed, along with education and other life skills. Which brought me into going towards my dreams, so I went to culinary school and I trained for three years, and I worked in numerous restaurants and establishments.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by running my business with the loyal customers in the support of the community. While also maintaining good quality products and stay consistent even when we are on our slow days, I still try to stay motivated because I’m looking at the longevity and understanding that they’re going to be ups and downs when running a business, and it doesn’t mean that you failed. On the other hand, get motivated and inspired by new ideas creations while giving the customers new delicious treats.
What would you do with the $25,000?
With the $25,000. I’m able to create new vision in starting new projects, for my bakery getting updated equipment being able to hire new staff members well also being to better systems in place.
