Mondayโs we โ๏ธ the ๐ง and today (ok everyday) Iโm slicing into @bufcreamery Basil Bomba Burrata, aka my hyperfixation โmealโ, aka todayโs pool snacks.
This delicious basil infused burrata is lactose free, gluten free, and made with vegetable rennet so consider it the cheese of the people- everyone can eat it, everyone will love it.
We have it in the store for about one more week and then itโs taking a break until next summer. Canโt wait to hear what you think of this cheese ๐

Today we went to Chefs Warehouse Philadelphia Culinary Expo, one of my most favorite events of the year!! We tried some really great cheeses that I canโt wait to bring in for your boards, met with no vendors, and ate a ton of great foods. I left painfully full but incredibly inspired. Best Day Ever.
