Oberlin College's campus bar and music venue in the basement of Wilder Hall. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 10pm to 1am.

The 'Sco is Oberlin College's campus bar and music venue in the basement of the student union building, Wilder Hall. It's an amazing place to see stellar live bands, get down on the dance floor, indulge in awesome microbrews, play pool, darts, foosball, and have a kick ass time with your friends. Afternoon hours are Thursdays and Fridays from 4pm to 6pm. In the spring, we're located outside in Wil

der bowl. If we have shows on Saturdays and Sundays we'll be open 10pm to 1am! Shows are open to the public, regular hours are open to students of Oberlin College (with their student ID!) who can bring two guests per OC ID. Like us on instagram:

Tuesday at the ‘Sco there will be a benefit concert for Palestine featuring 3 student acts Sangria, Spelunkers, and Olivia Brown x iyrliaes. Doors at 9:30 and the show starts at 10. $3 to enter at the door. All of the proceeds with go to families in Gaza. The event is cosponsored by and SUPC.

Join OJS, MMG, and Student Assemblies Committee at The ‘Sco this Thursday, 12/5, for powerhouse quartet Being & Becoming. Formed in 2017 by composer and trumpet player Peter Evans (OC ‘03), Being & Becoming is dedicated to spontaneous creativity, featuring virtuosic, forward-thinking musicians: vibraphonist Joel Ross, bassist Nick Jozwiak, and drummer Michael Ode (OC ‘17), all known for their individuality and musical curiosity. Drawing inspiration from figures like McCoy Tyner, John Coltrane, AACM, and the Spontaneous Music Ensemble, the band’s music fuses the old and new with a passion for discovery.

Doors open at 9:30 PM. Opening set provided by students Rogers, Kent, and Harlan. Join us for an evening of exceptional music. Free and open to all!

A little sneak preview into Winter Term at The ‘Sco 🤫 Every Wednesday 9-12 we’ll be hosting decades dance nights starting from the 70s 🕺 and progressing to the 00s 💄. Fridays are for miscellaneous programming from 8-11. We have everything from PJs 😴 to movies 🎥 to painting 🖼️ !
