We are thrilled to invite you and your loved ones to our 3rd annual Mental Health Awareness Event, dedicated to promoting well-being and resilience within our community. This event is completely free and open to all, offering an enriching experience filled with activities for families and individuals of all ages.

We believe in the power of education, resources, and support to nurture mental wellness. Join us for a day packed with engaging activities, including educational workshops, art therapy sessions, live music performances, and much more!
Here's what you can look forward to:
🎨 Community Mental Health Mural Painting: Participate in creating a vibrant mural designed to reflect the strength and unity of our community in overcoming mental health challenges. Hosted and guided by the talented artist, EJ Nieves, this collaborative art project is open to everyone! Please be sure to register for the event.
📚 Resource Booths: Explore a variety of booths offering valuable information, resources, and support networks for mental health. Whether you're seeking guidance for yourself or a loved one, our vendors are here to provide assistance and insight.
🎶 Live Music: Immerse yourself in the uplifting melodies of live music performances throughout the day. Music has a unique ability to uplift spirits and foster connections, making it an integral part of our event.
💡 Educational Workshops: Gain valuable insights and practical strategies for managing mental health through our series of educational workshops. From stress management techniques to mindfulness practices, there's something for everyone to learn and apply in their daily lives.
To make this event a success, we are seeking vendors and event sponsors to contribute their support.
