Wedding tables are an essential part of the reception, it’s all in the detail. Style, seating arrangements and decor will set the tone for the evening. The layout of the reception is determined by the number of guests as well as the size of your venue. Keep this in mind when deciding on the seating chart. As for table decorations, lean into the theme of your wedding, modern or boho, vintage or chic pick pieces that best fit your vision. This can include personal touches like adding family photos along side your table numbers. Adding to the center piece, whether candles or lanterns, figure out what will flow best with each table size. Creating that comfortable and open space for your guests will make the dining, drinking and mingling experience more fun! Wedding tables should reflect the theme of the night, making for a beautiful and unforgettable day!

A wedding arbor is a key backdrop for your ceremony, creating the perfect focal point for the bride and groom. Each arbor is customizable for each couple, with elements including florals, fabrics or different types of lighting. But, before we get to the ‘I Do’s’, there is so much more to building this elegant structure.
Whether the arbor is at an indoor or outdoor venue, it is important to understand the set up of this center piece

1. Location: make sure it can be clearly seen for guests and photographers
2. Stabilization: inside or outside a weight or anchor may be used to keep the arbor steady and centered
3. Style: Decorating the arbor to match the venue as well as a couple’s theme, creating a good flow between ceremony and reception
