Recently started fostering and it’s such a rewarding experience! Fostered several kittens that got adopted right away and currently fostering these two clowns…Wyatt (tan/brown) is a two year old boxer/pit mix with a lot of energy and love! Diesel (black) is under a year old, lab mix that is a little shy at first but warms up quickly! One half of Veg Out Life went and got herself a new knee! If you see us cruising around town sporting one of these, you’ll understand why we have no menu posted yet for the upcoming holidays! We would love to have a Cinco de Mayo menu or Mother’s Day menu up soon but it all depends on the healing process! Please send some healing vibes our way. We hope to be “up and running” (har har) soon enough!

I can’t explain why I had SUCH a hankering for eggplant, peppers, and balsamic but boy did I! I talked about it for days before I finally went to the store and got everything I needed to create this sandwich! Mandolin sliced eggplant thin as paper, roasted rainbow peppers, balsamic drizzle on gluten free sourdough with a little bit of the reformulated Daiya mozzarella for that extra ooze! It was all I dreamed it would be 😆🤤 Thinking this may be a good beach wrap or sammie this summer 🤔

We are excited to announce we are shifting gears here at Veg Out Life. Instead of our weekly meals, we will be focusing all our energy on our holiday menus! We have had amazing responses to our holiday menus and hope we continue to be a part of your special occasions! Since a prominent local business has gone viral for selling baked goods labeled as vegan and gluten free that were, allegedly, not gluten free nor vegan, we thought we’d put up a quick post here reassuring our amazing customers that like our slogan says, our food is “Always Fresh. Always Vegan.” As plant-based eaters and family members of people with severe food allergies, we were utterly disheartened to hear this story. We know people eat vegan/plant-based for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it’s for their health, the animals, or the environment. Sometimes it’s for allergies. Whatever your motivation, we know how important it is to earn and keep your trust!

All of our food is made in a shared kitchen space but best practices are always used to prevent cross-contamination. As always, please inform us of any allergies or food sensitivities before ordering and we will try our best to accommodate. We appreciate all who have tried our food so far and all the fantastic feedback we have received!
