In 1955 Erwin Kombert joined the Atlantic Beach Hotel as Chairman where he stayed for 14 years. It wasn't until 1969 that Erwin moved to the Oceanside Country Club introducing Kenny to the family business. In 1979 Kenny came on board and from there he and Erwin transformed Kombert Catering into the unique experience it is today. For the past 21 years Kombert Caterers has been continuing the tradit
