Assist housekeeping manager in inspecting rooms and common areas 2 days per week. Take position as housekeeper on other days.

Hotel Housekeeper

clean guest rooms
dust and polish furniture and fittings
empty and clean trash containers
dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
clean sinks, mirrors, tubs, toilets and showers
wipe down glass surfaces
make up beds and change dirty linens with clean items
tidy up rooms
restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, etc
inspect and turn mattresses regularly
monitor guest laundry bags
replace laundry bags and slips
check all appliances in rooms are in working order
realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
wash windows as scheduled
clean metal fixtures and fittings
store all dirty laundry in line with company policy
organize work schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures
distribute linen, towels and room supplies using wheeled carts or by hand
respond to guest queries and requests
respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses
deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms
organize and restock cart at the end of the shift
ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
follow all company safety and security procedures
report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
observe and report damage of hotel property
monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
Knowledge and Experience

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend
ability to lift, push and pull required load (usually about 30lbs)
Housekeeping/cleaning experience recommended

We are starting a Fish Fry on Wednesday nights!
Starting Wednesday January 27th 5pm-9pm

Our Delicious Fish Fry will include:
Choice of Our Homemade New England Clam Chowder
or Caesar Salad
Wisconsin’s favorite Cod: Hand Breaded or Broiled
Choice of Homemade Potato Pancakes, Fries, or Baked Potato

Four silver dollars sized pancakes each made with an unique ingredients: Strawberry, Pecan, Chocolate Chip and Coconut.

Scrambled eggs with your choice of ingredients wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Tomorrow's special is Biscuits and Gravy. Biscuits covered in our sausage gravy complemented with 2 eggs any style!

And then starting at 5pm, we will have a White House Sandwich on as our dinner special for $12.00.
White House Sandwich? Yes, a hot open-faced turkey sandwich topped with Mornay sauce and served with a side of Mashed potatoes and corn.

Wednesday 12/9-Farmers Omelet ~ An Omelet made with potatoes and your choice of ingredients.

Thursday 12/10-Candy Cane Waffle ~ A crispy golden waffle made with crushed candy canes.
