The one decision you choose to make today may start a different life for you tomorrow. That goes for Positive or Negative decisions. Most of the time when I’m posting stuff it’s about something that I’m going through currently, have gone through or a mistake that I’ve made right. I’m damn sure not perfect and don’t wanna be. I know for sure I want to work to be better than I was yesterday. Once I figured out that a lot of the decisions that I was making in my life was unhealthy for my future is the moment that I needed to take it to my higher power. I don’t regret the negative decisions I’ve made in my past at all because there my learning experiences.

A wiseman once told me that you always need to have room for growth available in you. Everyday I wake up an think about what I can do better today or what do I need to change in me. One of the beautiful things about life is knowing that as long as you have breath in your body there’s always room for change, growth and to get better. Don’t let your past define you or stop you from growth. We all have bumps in the road. Try understanding the purpose for those bumps in the roads, and grown from them.

Finding your purpose isn’t something that you have to go looking for. It’s already there just waiting on you to become more present & more open minded. For me to be more open minded to first get it out of my head that I’m not always right. Everything is about understanding rather than my opinion or someone else’s opinion. Doing things at my own has never worked before and is insanity for me to believe it will work any other time. It’s so much knocked off inside my head, but I can miss myself and everybody else around me did I know my way to work. Trust the process and give it to your higher power.

The truth is I never did real school work in my life. All this is new to me. I didn't even get my GED myself. The truth is my grandma is the one that got the test sent to the house an paid someone to take it for me. I look back at all the mistakes I made in school an realize just how important it is. My past will not stop me from achieving the vision I have for my future. The good thing is that I've learned how to transform all of my mistakes into Confidence and Motivation. Some people say that they wish they could go back an do it over sometimes, but why. My past has made me into the person I am now. If you learn from your mistakes you will not feel that way. I believe that God has made everything happen in my life for a reason. The good and the bad. An even with this being my first real time being in school I feel that I can achieve anything. No matter who you are, what has happened to you in life always reach for the stars. You will never see how great you can be if you don't never try. A good way to start is by setting goals that make you wanna jump out of bed in the morning.

This is a picture from back when I was in culinary school. Most people get social media confused with reality. At that time I didn’t have a pot to p**s in or a window to throw it out. I was also battling alcohol & drug addiction plus staying in a rehab. Even though I was in a rehab God made a way for me to follow the dream my heart desires. In this picture I was wondering if I’m even gonna finish school when I didn’t even get my high school diploma on my own. I wasn’t even a year clean so I was looking for any and every little excuse to drink in my mind. Even though I had a lot going on at that time I can still remember me saying God thank you for this opportunity!!!
