Chef Alejandro Barrientos – Odessa Business Owner

Representing the southside! Chef Alejandro says that with a BIG SMILE on his face. He and his wife own Curb Side Bistro and are proud to call Odessa Home.

Both were born and raised here. He says he graduated from Odessa High School - ECISD and his wife from Permian High School - ECISD. They’ve been together 19 years and have a 2-year-old child.

Chef Alejandro is known for going above and beyond for people in the Basin. During the recent winter storm, he gave away more than 1,000 cups of soup to help people. Last year, Odessa City Council and Mayor Javier Joven declared Oct. 11th “Chef Alejandro Barrientos day” in honor of all of his hard work and dedication.

When it comes to the City of Odessa, Chef Alejandro says he loves how our community supports one another. He says he will be “forever grateful” for how Odessa and surrounding areas have always embraced him.
