Mill-King milk is a low temp pasteurized milk. It has no additives and no emulsifiers. It’s a better choice of milk than what you get at the grocery store. My Easter Egger’s are finally all grown up & laying and the eggs are beautiful! I just boxed 22 dozen! My girls & Chaunticlare are all open pen raised for their protection, but trust me, they are spoiled. They get organic, fermented feed and all of the natural grass & weeds they can eat. (Plus lots & lots of treats). The eggs are $7 a dozen and are available at the Flower Warrior Farmers Markets.

Anyone have a Foodtruck available this Friday & Saturday evening? We need a couple trucks for the Revival at the Ranch Event. We are expecting more than we had originally planned on. Kingdoms Gate is hosting a Revival weekend with Praise, Worship, & Fellowship at Rolling 7’s Ranch this Friday & Saturday, June 30-July 1st. There will be a fund raising breakfast Saturday Morning. Tickets are $10. Each & must be purchased in advance. Proceeds will benefit 2 Ministries that help victims of human trafficking. All donations are welcome & appreciated.

Our Story

With a rich history going back more than 100 years, our venue represents the best of West Texas. First known as the junction of many trails, the Rolling 7’s Ranch is the site of the last Comanche Raid into Texas.

In 1928, John Foster established the ranch, where it served as the headquarters for Permian Basin Oil Discovery, with the first well coming in during 1945. The stable was built in the 1960s while the ranch was owned by the Faudree family. The Hooper family later bought the headquarters in 1999.

Today, Rolling 7’s is still a working ranch where the Hooper family runs cattle, both crossbred and registered Charolais. The Rolling 7’s stable continued to be a working stable until 2010, when the family decided to raise the roof and dress it up. Inside, you will see the original stalls and many of the original features, including the tie posts from the wash stall, the squeeze chute, and the vet room, which today serves as the Groom’s Room. In 2015, we made a little history of our own, adding the tallest spur in Texas as our walkthrough entry gate.

The Hooper family and some close friends run the Ranch and Event Center, from booking events to branding cattle. We can ensure you that you will be treated like family when booking your event with us.
