Our hometown Oelwein, is very fortunate to have a community of thoughtful, enterprising proactive individuals & like minded business owners. The cozy places have been set. The trees have been brightly lit. The complimentary hot apple cider (while supplies last) will be flowing. Our signature drinks, a Winter Spritz, a Cranberry Margarita or a Apple Cider Mamosa will be available at both fully stocked bars. A joyful holiday season should always begin with our hometown Oelweins Olde Tyme Christmas Celebration. Join in on the over 30 festive activities for all ages to enjoy this Friday starting at 2:00 p.m.

Preliminary set up has begun. Save the date. Friday December 6th. From 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. The 22nd Annual Olde Tyme Christmas Vendor Show will be at the Transco Events on Frederick center for the first time ever. Enjoy stopping in to warm up while listening to live music on the first floor provided by Chet Reagan. Wander through the multiple holiday vendors on both the first & second floor to choose that perfect needed gift. Relax in our second floor VIP Lounge while enjoying festive specialty drinks. Share this news with your friends & family & come on out to have a great time together.

Face to face communication in the business world is an unquestionable, essential aspect of success. When gathering with coworkers or clients for presentations, ongoing training, brainstorming plans for future endeavors or perhaps even for a hiring fair. Our large variety of spaces, optional room settings for business of any sort, could even be planned & booked for a luncheon with beverage service of all kinds. Our newest technologies include Bose tower sound systems complete with lapel or wired microphones. Large portable display screens can be added to complete lasting impressions on any guests attending. Sunsets. They usually signify the end of all of our days. Rooftop Sunsets though can easily become moments frozen in time to be remembered forever. Booking a sunset wedding ceremony, an anniversary party or a celebration of life memorial. You name it, we can accommodate it. As the final piece of our puzzle is being constructed, the possibilities for the memories this space will provide are boundless. A starlit area at night or a sunny day time terrace can be accessed by either the west end staircase or by our guest elevator. Comfortable seating combined with bar service & the views of the surrounding downtown streets unseen before by any other venue in northeast Iowa will soon be a reality. This space will complete our full list of amenities & optional rental combinations. Making any event a unique experience for years to come.
