Have you met Kolter and Katie? This husband and wife duo is there smiling at every party and catering delivery!

Kolter has been perfecting his sushi rolling skills for nearly a decade, and Katie has served as his trusted taste-tester for all those years. While taste-tester is a position she still takes very seriously, she eventually picked up some skills as a sous chef, so she could help Kolter reach his dream of launching Riptide Sushi Co.
