The Viking Feast was this past weekend & I think it's safe to say it was a success!! It was so fun to see the commitment of their family and friends as they all came dressed in garb, with tattoos, HAIRCUTS and ready to Feast! I was so impressed by their dedication!

Happy St Patrick's Day friends!!! Coffee is an all day thing in my house so we're starting the morning with coffee!
We've got Corned Beef and Cabbage cooking - hubby is smoking one and I'm traditionally cooking another!
And the kiddo is decked out in green for The Dirt Roads Couture event this morning!

The parade will begin at 11 AM Saturday!
It will travel east along 200 South before turning north into The Gateway and traveling through the shopping center to 50 North.

The Siamsa — featuring Irish music, dance, food and drink — will be held afterward in The Gateway’s main plaza until 5 p.m.

Catered Irish food including corned beef and cabbage, Irish stew and Irish soda bread will be available indoors at 79 S. Rio Grande St.

There will also be outdoor food trucks and vendors, and The Gateway’s restaurants will be open!
