DJ SK-1 aka DJ Anubis

Been Djing for years, so I know how to get the crowd going, have any song out there. I have been DJing since I was 16 but really got into it at the age of 18.

I have been doing this for more than 15 years, so I have the experience and the know how to make any event great. Also bring with me my professionalism that I have learned through out the years, so no matter if it is a party for kids to high class socials to high class dinner parties I have the music and the fun for all. So a little history about my skills and experiences; I started at Classic Ska

ting Fun Center in Layton Utah, where I quickly moved to head DJ. I was able to start DJing the dances which we called Club Classic. Also with classic I DJ and host a lot of concerts from Lil’ Romeo to 3LW. I learned a lot about how to get the crowd going and staying entertained threw out the event or night. From there I went to work at The Tool Box, where I got a lot of experiences playing for the crowd and the girls that where dancing. I was also entered in a competition in Vegas where I won first place in the Party DJ event and got third in the Club DJ event. I was able to do a party weekend at Club LAX at the Luxor with DJ AM, DJ Scribble to name a few. I would have stayed in Vegas as one of the best DJs in that area but my home is Utah and I wanted to make a name for myself here. Which I kind of kick myself for now because, when I come back home no one would give me a chance as a DJ. I finally got a chance to Emcee aka host next to some of the top DJs of this state. The club that I was famous at and was able to be seen at was Club Shaggy which is now known as Club Hotel. Every Saturday night I was up on the stage getting the people hype while the DJ played the hottest top forties. I did this for a couple of years until new years of 2006, that is when it became officially named the hotel. I really didn’t do much after that for a while, a couple of guess DJing and emcee appearances at deferent clubs, such as Kamikazes, Porto call, and dances for classic skating. Even thou, I wasn’t in the spot light I never lost the love of the music and getting the crowd going. In 2007 is when I bought my own equipment, and have updated through out the years. Since that time I have been just doing house parties, school dances, or school caravels, but mostly weddings. I only charge 200.00 for the first two hours and 50.00 for every hour after that, (BUT THAT PRICE IS NOT IN STONE). I do this for fun this is my hobby, my passion, my sanctuary, so I’m willing to work with people. I never understood why people pay for something they can do with I IPod, and let’s face it most DJs just do that, I offer a lot more than just playing music. I also don’t want to make someone broke cause they want music at their event. So give me a text, a call, or a message and let see what we can work out for you. Again, I get this all the time if you are so good then why charge a so little. I’m not trying to make a living off of this, or get rich. I’m just trying to help people out so they can do a party or an event and not be wiped out by the DJ. I do a lot more then so called DJ's and more than what a phone can do. You can do with a person that bought some equipment, don’t know what they are doing and charges you a lot, or you can go with me that is Better than the best, Cheaper than the rest.
