Have you noticed the roses bushes at American Exchange Bank? Yep, those came from the Statehood House Garden Center a couple years ago. They are really showing off this year. I think the wet winter made them so happy!!

My assistant is making sure all the plants are watered and in good condition. We are here until 1 today. I will have another load next week. We have bubble gum supertunias and will hopefully have other colors soon.

Almanac says the 29th is the next good planting day. I have some awesome maple trees at great prices. I also have peach, apple, fig and crape myrtles. Message me for more info.

It’s going to be a perfect fall to plant trees, shrubs, roses, hydrangeas, etc., we will have plenty of moisture. I’m placing the order soon. Message me with what you want.

Ms. Rance and her super pup Dottie helped unload early this morning. The mums are really healthy and ready for pickup. I’ll will be at the shop 5-7 today and tomorrow. If you pre ordered, please come and grab yours asap! Remember, the key to keeping your mums beautiful until freeze is lots of water. If you don’t keep them watered, the blooms die before they open. These are barely showing color so you’ll enjoy them for a few months. Plant them and they’ll pop back up next spring.

I have 2 Thunderstruck crapemyrtles left. These are nice sized, easy to grow, sun loving trees. The dark foliage with red blooms are eye catching.

If you need something to tolerate the sun and is ok being a little dr, try a geranium. I have a good selection of colors.
