On Christmas Day I had privilege of providing dinner for Clients at SISU. They were tired of the normal holiday fixings. Grilled chicken, Hot Links, green beans, street corn and home made max/cheese. Something completely different than your normal Christmas Day Dinner, but they enjoyed.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide a special Christmas Day Dinner.

For Thanksgiving I had 2 customers that placed orders. First one is the pork tenderloin, move and juicy. Second was turkey breast lots of butter and citrus to keep from drying out.

3rd year in a row for my turkey breast customer, new customer on pork loin.

If you would like a smoked turkey they are running $50 you supply the bird.
Turkey breasts are $30 you supply the breast.

Delivery Thursday on full turkeys, wed night on breasts.

This was my customers order today. 3 different customers ordered fresh of grill cooking. All my food is cooked to order, no sitting in warming ovens or under heat lamps to keep warm.
That’s what happens when you order from a small business, fresh food made especially for you!

In July I was suppose to provide a Sunday meal for kids at SISU. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it. Since I was off this week I thought I’d throw something together for a Friday night dinner.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to provide a Dinner on Father’s Day to the Youth and staff at SIsu.
Menu consisted of :
Hot Links
Grilled chicken
Sliced pork sandwiches
Bbq beans
Fresh corn on the cob
Potato salad .

Probably the only thing lacking maybe would have been some type of desert.

But all in all I’d say not bad spread. The kids aka critics said he was a hit. They get a lot of different types of meals, but I’m pretty sure not a home cooked bbq spread like this.

Sunday Dinner. Country style ribs, fry bread. Potato and macaroni salad. Don’t forget the spun honey for fry bread.

Graduation luncheon. Pulled pork and chicken breasts. Pork smoked for about 9 hrs, wrapped in plastic wrap and put in ice chest for a couple hours. It was falling apart when trying to pick it up. Bones picked cleaned, no problems at all. Chicken smoked for about 4 hrs, nice and juicy when cutting in half.

This Sunday is Rib Sunday. Slab of spare ribs is $40 w sauce and slab of baby backs are $45. Chicken and pork butts also available. Place order by sat noon for Sunday.
