Hola… 🩷
Como algunos saben algunos soy dueña de Mv Flowers mi pequeño negocio.
El dia de hoy tuve una muy mala experiencia con la mama de alguien quien me compro un ramo de rosas.. el ordeno un ramo originalmente con el precio de $120 despues de que el cliente me comento de su situación le decidi hacer un descuento por $70 dlls..
a las horas de el recoger el ramo recivi una llamada de su mama la cual no fue nada respetuosa la cual ella me ofendio con palabras muy ofensivas como.. (bitch, stupid, hoe)y muchas mas y no solo ami como persona tambien mi trabajo amenazandome de quemarme y reportarme..
De lo malo siempre nos llevamos algo nuca permitas que una persona tenga la autoridad de ofender a tu persona mucho menos tu negocio 🩷
Espero y esto sea no solo una leccion para mi sino para todos esos que tenemos un negocio y ati como cliente en valorar el trabajo que hacemos . 🩷
