Now that I’m coming up on my third trimester of pregnancy, I am taking more time off to rest and prepare for my twin baby girls. This means we will be closed for walk-ins two days per week, and I will only be coming into the store on those days to prepare pre-orders. I am still taking orders for helium, garlands and other arrangements. If you ever have any questions, please don’t hesitate to text me 405-446-6269.

Balloon Babes! We have to charge our worth. That means adding on these extra fees where we see fit: #1 Strike Fee - going back to your install only to strike the balloons (not picking up rentals or anything else) should incur an additional fee. This may not be a daunting task, but it is your time! #2 Delivery Fee - Gas is not free or cheap! We have to charge adequate delivery fees to cover our transportation expenses (gas, YOUR time, vehicle maintenance etc.) #3 Outdoor Installation Fee - If you have done just one outdoor setup before I am sure you agree with me here. So many factors make setting up outdoors a pain. While we can still achieve beautiful setups outdoor, it takes a lot more effort. #4 Late Pickup Fee - When booking your rentals, please remember you have a life outside of work too! Going back to an install late at night especially when you’ve been working all day can be very taxing. Please remember your time is valuable 💖 #5 Double Stuffing or Making Custom Colors - You can create beautiful custom colors when double stuffing, but please remember to charge more for them. This method takes double the amount of balloons, time to stuff all the balloons, and if the outside balloon pops, you have to replace that balloon to hide the color inside. Please take this into account when pricing double stuffed balloon garlands! BONUS - I also recommend charging more for shine spray application (using an additional product + your time), using more than 3 or 4 colors in a balloon garland (more balloons you have to buy eats into your profit), and extra install fee if there is no elevator access and you have to walk up multiple flights of stairs to install.
