My holiday gift to you - a soft return of Urchin Kitchen meal prep for you to start planning for!

I will have the same menu for several weeks as we get ready to move into our new space 🙌🏼

Order by Sunday night for deliveries on Thursday evening. My first two delivery dates are Jan 2 and Jan 9. ($5 delivery fee for non-bulk orders).

Don’t worry, for those of you with normal work weeks, expect future deliveries on Sundays and Wednesdays.

I will continue taking orders via messages and payments when order is placed via my business Venmo. The system isn’t perfect but will morph as we get our s**t together 🫠 Message me with any questions and we will get you fed ✨

I am grateful to be able to offer healthy and accessible meal prep to my community and am looking forward to opening back up and expanding 🎉

I have finalized my offerings and prices and wanted to give you a little sneak peak of what you can expect from Urchin Kitchen meal prep ❤️

I will have established drop off and pick up locations for free delivery/pick up. Send me a DM if you’re interested in setting your work place up as a drop off location for you and your coworkers!

Single or home deliveries will have a $5 delivery fee.

Payments will be available via Venmo or by card.

Reach out with any questions that come up for you. I’m so happy to have the opportunity to do this for all my healthcare friends and those seeking fresh and healthy meal options!

It’s been a long time coming but I am finishing things up on the back end to open Urchin Kitchen in a commercial kitchen space and bring meal prep back to the table.

Keep your eyes peeled for updates 👀 I’m anticipating being fully operational by January 1st.

We will be offering personal chef services, catered events, in home meal prep, as well as grab and go meal prep with a lot more big things on the horizon.

Hey Folks!

In the era of “something’s gotta give”, this little side project has turned into that something. This week is going to be the last week offering meal prep for awhile.

I love doing this, I want to continue doing this, and I believe I can do it better. With that, I am going to go on hiatus until the fall and come back with a commercial space and a better organized model. The concept remains but a severe time deficit is preventing this from being what I want it to be.

Thank you for all of your support and hyping me up. Apologies for the last minute decision. Please reach out to me with questions or alternate options for getting food that makes you feel good!

I’ll continue working on my social media presence but will otherwise get this ball rolling again in the fall. 🫶

The menu for next week is up and set!

I am are offering a limited rotating menu for the next 6 weeks while I slog through the remainder of my student rides.

The rotating menu will have 4 items, still offering a full $6 menu with a rotating salad each week, and a rotating weekly soup.

Y’all are ordering so much food and it is the greatest problem to have! I want to get everything to you tasting awesome and made with quality ingredients. In order to do that I have to do less until I have more time. Thank you for understanding and please let me know if you have any food request! Especially soups that you want to eat!

I am small and growing business starting a project to offer healthy and affordable food, the way it should be. I believe eating well should be accesible and am in a place of privilege where I can use my skills and experiences to take this opportunity and start crowd sourced community projects like this with much growth to come.

With that, this is a one person operation being run out of a small private kitchen (for the time being) which just means I need a 48 hour buffer on orders but am so happy to talk via phone or text with you and answer all your questions and work towards your dietary needs.

Urchin Kitchen meal prep offers 14 different meal options each week with 7 rotating meals. Delivery dates are flexible and home delivery is available. Allergies and dietary restrictions are accomodated. Rotating menus are posted on social media every Friday for the coming week. Soon we will be offering nutritional info on meals, in the meantime you’ll just have to trust that it’s a better option than your local roller dog 🌭

Just because meal prep isn’t as exciting as freshly cooked and served food, that doesn’t mean it has to be boring.

Whether you’re making it at home or purchasing your meal prep, don’t sacrfice the flair. A new sauce, pickle, or garnish might be all it takes to keep you engaged in your weekly dietary goals.

My friends, next weeks’ menu is being posted a day early to get you a head start on getting orders in if you’re so inclined.

For the next 6 weeks I will be doing student rides for my paramedic. What this means for you is that I need a 48 hour buffer on all orders so I can get you what you need and have it tasting amazing 😀

We are leaning into fresher ingredients and trickling more salads onto the menus. If there is anything you don’t want in your rotating orders make sure to tell us otherwise you’re going to get all the vegetable centric dishes 👀

Y’all I am so looking forward to winter ending. Not only do I need consistently warm days but I need new produce. This kale and root vegetable season is killin’ me, how about you?

We are nearing the end of February and that means fresh spring ingredients are on the horizon. Vegetable and herb centered meals are in our near future.

Until then we are seeing this week out with a few last warm and saucy dishes to get us through the last days of grey winter weather.
