Online Business Coach and Educator for the wildly, ambitious, creative entrepreneur. I am a luxury wedding and lifestyle photographer turned online business coach based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in photography and a minor in business from Brigham Young University-Idaho. If I am not behind my camera or computer, you may find me anywhere with a scenic view ...and ch

ances are I will have my camera. I live for making the most of the little moments in life and spending time with my husband and two kids. Pop a Diet Coke in my hand and take me to a cute, local eatery, and talk my ear off and we'll be best friends. However, I've found a new home here in Oklahoma after moving here in January 2023 and don't have plans to move any time soon! At the young age of sixteen, I shot my first wedding and never turned back. I established my personal photography business in 2010 and have enjoyed documenting people on their best days (including weddings, engagements, proposals, as families, as graduates, and so much more) ever since. I am so happy you’re here. You don’t know how much it means to me that you’ve come this far. Because I value you, you’d better believe I will make this worth your while. My clients enjoy an experience that transcends any other photo session you’ve heard of. I assure you high quality, fine art images you will absolutely love. You can print as many as you want in any size you want. I specialize in shooting candid, raw, and real emotion that captures love, personality, and character together. I spend my time editing each and every photo to show off your best you and I have a variety of packages to best fit your needs. Trust me. You’re in good hands.

Here’s your sign if you’re debating on a first look or not ↓

DO IT.

My couple was wondering if they wanted to do a first look or not, and I’ll always suggest to DO IT.

Most couples might wonder if a first look actually takes away from the first time at the altar, when in reality, it ADDS to your wedding day!

Here’s how to know if it’s actually a good fit for you:

1. Ultimately, do what brings you the most peace! Do you feel more at peace knowing you’ll see your fiancé for the first time without an audience or with an audience?

2. Do you want more one-on-one time together at your wedding? Trust me, your wedding day will feel like it’s going by so fast. Any time that you can schedule in to have more one-on-one time together is a good idea!

3. You want to take bride + groom portraits before the ceremony to help shorten the buffer time after the ceremony and before the reception! The photos post ceremony can take up to two hours if you want to do family photos, group photos, and bride + groom portraits all together.

First look photos are usually some of my very favorite and it’s such a sweet, slow moment to enjoy and take advantage of on your wedding day.

What do you think?! Are you team first look or the altar?!

Tell me below!!

Did you do a first look? Did you regret it?!
