I am beyond grateful for the amazing opportunity to be a vendor at this year's Mama Mixer & Market! 🙏🏼 Being able to showcase my sourdough goodies and connect with so many incredible moms has been such a rewarding experience. Thank you to everyone who came out to support small businesses like mine. I am truly blessed and humbled by this amazing opportunity. Can't wait for next year's event!

Tuesdays are Dough Day!
My sourdough schedule is broken up into two days, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Dough day is when I mix and shape all my sourdough loaves, sweet rolls, cookies and scones. Then all the goodies go into the fridge for a long cold ferment. Starting Wednesdays as early as 3 or 5 am 🫣 Bake Day begins and the house smells amazing! By 9am everything is packed and labeled.

The rest of Wednesdays are spent driving down to Visit Shawnee to deliver fresh Sourdough to all my customers in the area.
Porch pickups happen from 2-6, customers come to my cottage bakery to pick up their orders! 🏡🧺🥖

After a long two days of flour, water, salt and too many dirty dishes I’m ready to do it all again by taking pre orders for the following week 💕
