Great News! Since we did not offer Afterpay for Christmas in June, we are going to open Christmas in July later today and for 24 hours we will offer all of the same specials AND we will offer them with the Afterpay option.

This will be for all of the sessions we had on sale in June PLUS Santa pre-purchase. This will be the only opportunity to use Afterpay to purchase a Santa Session.

Because Afterpay is a little bit more of a process, we won’t be able to offer it when we start booking sessions for the holidays in October.

Prepare Your Child for Santa

I know, I know….it’s only July. But now is the perfect time to start preparing your little one for their Santa visit. If your child is shy or a little timid or you are concerned that they will be afraid, now is the time to start talking about Santa.
We always provide help at the session, but below is a list of other things you can do as well.
I have also attached images of both of our Santas if you need one to help your child get familiar prior to their session.

1. Introduce Santa through Books and Stories
2. Watch Videos or Movies with Santa. This can help them see Santa as friendly and approachable.
3. Explain Santa's Role: Talk to your child about Santa's role as a kind and jolly gift-giver who loves children. Emphasize that Santa is there to bring joy and not to frighten them.
4. Role-play with Santa: Pretend to be Santa at home and encourage your child to interact with you in a friendly and playful manner. This can help them practice and become comfortable with the idea of meeting Santa.
5. Share Positive Experiences: Talk about positive experiences other children have had with Santa, such as receiving gifts or taking memorable photos. This can create anticipation and excitement rather than fear.
6. Use Visuals: Show your child pictures or videos of other children happily sitting with Santa and getting their photos taken. Seeing positive interactions can alleviate their fears.
7. Bring a Comfort Object: Allow your child to bring a comforting item, such as a favorite toy or blanket, when visiting Santa. Having something familiar can help them feel more secure and at ease.
8. Start with a Distanced Interaction: If your child is still hesitant, begin by having them observe Santa from a distance or have a brief wave or hello. Gradually increase the level of interaction based on their comfort level.
9. Stay Positive and Supportive: Maintain a positive and supportive attitude throughout the process. Encourage your child, offer reassurance, and celebrate even small steps of progress they make in feeling more comfortable with Santa.
