It’s time to punch the time clock and saddle up!
Our horses are gentle, quiet and calm enough for any rider. Heck, our horses can do their jobs with no rider!
Cisco- Look Ma- no hands!!
We really take our time before we introduce children to one of our trail horses. Cisco came to us as a totally “been there done that” trail horse ( thank you to owner Mike Hahn) but he had to go through a lot of practice miles before we can put children on him. He’s logged weeks and weeks with our staff first- and —Here he is- bareback, no hands, on a trail ride just like a little Boss. We love Cisco! You will too- so please contact us for your child’s best first ride on a horse.
Clocking in for their shift ! No hurry no worry. Book your trail ride for this beautiful weather!
Julie Cameron has the patience of a saint. She was here this afternoon working with two of our horses to come in under the hand. She taught us to use a dressage whip first to touch the hip then over time stop using the whip and use our hand up in the air to cue the movement. This old dog learned a few tricks today as well. Julie is in the white hat in the first videos and I’m in the later videos in the black helmet.
