Scam Alert: Inmates located here in the United States are trying to scam people who live in foreign countries. They offer to marry the foreigner so they can obtain a green card, in exchange for money. Do NOT fall for this. It is not legal for someone in a foreign country to do a proxy marriage with a USA inmate. Immigration won't accept it, you can't fulfill the requirements of establishing a legitimate relationship, and it could result in legal problems. Proxy marriages are available for foreigners as long as the person in the United States is free and not incarcerated, on probation, house arrest or gps monitoring.

We cannot perform a Proxy Marriage if BOTH partners are incarcerated, if one person is incarcerated and the other is on parole without permission to travel, on house arrest or GPS monitoring, or if one person is incarcerated and the other is in a foreign country. It is also illegal to try to use a proxy marriage to invoke spousal immunity. If you purchase our service and any of these circumstances apply to you we will immediately refund your order.
