❤️ A Personal Update from Ghost Kitchen KC ❤️

This week threw us something we never expected — a house fire that has shaken our family and impacted things we use to bring our food to life. We lost several supplies, including our home-grown ghost peppers, and our friend Cody, who works the truck with us and was staying at the house, was affected as well.

But if there’s one thing food truck life teaches you, it’s resilience.

Owning a small business isn’t for the faint of heart… and I’m so proud of Brian for not canceling this weekend’s events. He showed up, pushed through, and kept things moving — with Cody right there beside him. Bren and Jason also stepped in to support us through the chaos, and we’re grateful for our little Ghost Kitchen crew more than ever.

We’re still dealing with the aftermath at home, but Ghost Kitchen KC isn’t slowing down. 💪
We’ll continue showing up for our scheduled events and serving the food you all love.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out with kindness and support. It means more than you know.
