Pineapple Upside Down Cake: Baked in a cast iron skillet and to die for. 12 inch, single layer 16.00

LA (Lower Arkansas) pound Cake: This pound cake may very well be the best flavored in all the South. Great by the slice or add fresh fruit in season. (a cake is considered two standard loaf pans or four smaller loaves) 20.00

Banana Flip Cake: Tastes better than the little snack cake you could buy at the corner store (if you are old enough to remember!) Six layers of banana cake with banana fluff between. Pretty to look at but better to eat!!! 28.00
