Our last and final INSPIRING speakers is Donald “Don” Hall. He embarked on his illustrious Real Estate journey in 2006. Our next INSPIRING SPEAKER for our For the Culture event is Dr.. Dwight Dishmon an interventional cardiologist at Metropolitan Cardiovascular Institute located at 1975 Nonconnah Boulevard in Memphis, TN. He was the first physician in the country to use the Avinger Pantheris ™device, a new technology used to provide relief for the treatment of peripheral artery disease which allows him to see inside a vessel during a procedure. This is one of several new technologies that Dr. Dishmon has tried to make sure that his patients get the most innovative non-surgical techniques available in the industry.
Dr. Dishmon was born and raised in Indianola, MS. He received his bachelor’s degree in Microbiology/Bacteriology from Southern University in Baton
Rouge, LA and his doctorate of medicine from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center
(UTHSC) in Memphis. He did his internal medicine residency and general cardiology fellowships at
UTHSC and his interventional cardiology fellowship at Borgess Medical Center at Michigan State University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He has been board certified in Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Diseases.

Meet another one of our INSPIRING speakers Attorney LuJaclyn Taylor Richardson (Jackie), wife and mother of two, graduated from Memphis Central High School and received her baccalaureate degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. As a law student at The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, she had the opportunity to work as a judicial law clerk for Judge John McCarroll, Jr. in Shelby County Circuit Court, Division One.

Mrs. Richardson started her legal career as a staff attorney with Memphis Area Legal Services, Inc. where she represented indigent clients primarily in family, consumer, and landlord-tenant law in the rural counties of Tipton, Lauderdale, and Fayette.

Prior to opening her own practice, Richardson Law Firm, PLLC located in Olive Branch, MS; she worked with Nahon, Saharovich, and Trotz, PLC as an associate attorney. While there, she negotiated settlements with insurance companies, advised staff and clients regarding insurance, liens and subrogation, and other legal issues.

A 3 Day Love Weekend culminated in the perfect SWEET finish, GALENTINES Edition❤️💕❤️💕.

Our very First CAKE & SIP Class proved to be a resounding success!!! I am thrilled to report that the outcome of this event far exceeded my expectations! Despite initial challenges and hesitations, the event ultimately yielded a profoundly positive outcome, marked by GRATITUDE, INSPIRATION, POSITIVITY, and GROWTH. I am deeply thankful for the support of every woman who participated in this event!! Each attendee brought their unique creativity, positivity, and enthusiasm, rendering it an unforgettable experience!

Lets introduce one of our INSPIRING Guest Speakers for the For the Culture Event. Grace Griffin is a practicing nurse anesthetist with over 17 years of bedside nursing experience. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2007 and went on to continue her education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. There she received her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2011 and has been providing anesthesia care in Memphis and surrounding areas for 13 years. She is a wife and mother of three. Grace completed her aesthetics training with 992 Aesthetics locally and is a graduate of Beautiphi Academy Novice and Advanced medical injector course with a focus in neuromodulator injections, platelet rich plasma therapy, and dermal fillers. She opened Faithful Faces Aesthetics in fall of 2021. She has a skilled eye for injections as a nurse anesthetist and ambition for aesthetics.
