Who's going to take home these beauties?

The Taste of Yuba-Sutter is about bringing together local restaurants, caterer's, specialty food purveyors, wineries, breweries and the community to celebrate great food we have right here in Yuba-Sutter.

This year's Top Chef competitors, who have accepted the challenge, are Aroma Catering, Bridge Coffee Co., Edible Memories, LLC, Emmy's Bakehouse, French Whisk, Marcello's Italian Restaurant, My Salsa, Sopa Thai Cuisine YC, Sutter Surgical Hospital - North Valley, The Branded Butcher at Colusa Casino Resort, THE COOKIE TREE, and The Happy Viking. The competition will be judged by three Professional Chefs based on specific criteria.

The Top Chef Competitors will be required to showcase the chosen ingredient of Prunes in their dish, which generously donated by Sunsweet!

This competition is an opportunity to highlight creativity, divine cuisine, and showcase what sets them apart.

To add to the fun, you will be treated to the live music from the Mullet Mechanix, all while sampling food, sipping local wines and brews.

Taste of Yuba-Sutter will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 6th at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds. All food and samples are included in the admission price of $60 (Ages 12 and under $15). Must be 21 to consume alcohol.

Yesterday was our first day at the Sutter Farmers Market!

We had Tri-Tip and Pulled Pork Sandwiches on the menu, sided by a refreshing salad.

We will be there every Wednesday 4-7 PM (May-November) and Sunday 12-4 PM (Year Round).

Do you need a last minute idea to surprise your significant other? Are you interested in a romantic night in with no stress? Let us cook the meal for you! We have 10 slots left to fill for our valentines special! The meal is as follows:

All orders must be placed by 8:00am Sunday, 2/14. Orders can be picked up at 5:00pm. Delivery available for an additional charge.

Happy new year! We are now taking orders for pick-up and delivery. We offer a wide variety of smoked and barbecued meats: slow smoked brisket, fall off the bone ribs, tender tri-tip, and so much more! Our most popular sides include: smoked bacon mac and cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled seasonal veggies, and many other delicious sides! Meals will be provided family style, starting at $49.99, feeding 2-4 people.

Starting next Friday our menu is as follows:

Meal 1: Tri-tip and chicken, Mac & Cheese, Grilled veggies, and your choice of soup or salad. $49.99

Meal 2: Smoked brisket and ribs, Mac & Cheese, grilled veggies, and your choice of soup or salad. $69.95

Orders can be placed through facebook messenger, or by phone by calling 530-632-3435. All orders need to be placed by Wednesday, January 13th, and will be ready Friday the 15th. We have limited slots available, so get your orders in fast! We accept most forms of payment including Venmo, Zell, Square, and cash. All orders will need to be paid for in advance.
