I know this is last minute but we are going to provide a limited menu for Sunday February the 13th. Pulled pork $11 a pound, Pulled chicken $12 a pound, Bologna $7 a pound. Food City in Oliver springs at 3:00, Hilltop in Oak Ridge at 3:30, Solway Sporting Goods at 4:00. I will need everyone's order by noon on Saturday the 12th(tomorrow). ***Please read changes***Hello everyone. We are going to do a pre-order Saturday July 10th. However, due to food availability and rising cost on some products we will only be able to offer a limited menu with some price changes. Pulled pork $11 a pound, ribs $22 a rack (only 6 racks available so first come first serve. Pulled chicken $12 a pound, Bologna $6 a pound, Salmon $15 a pound. Hopefully prices will come back down because we try to put out a quality product at a fair price. Food City in Oliver springs at 3:00, Hilltop in Oak Ridge at 3:30, Solway Sporting Goods at 4:00 and Weigels on Gallaher Rd at 4:40. I have been told that I can get everything per normal. Hello everyone. We are going to do a pre-order Saturday the 13th. However, there are some changes. Pulled pork $10 a pound for now. I only have 1 brisket, $14 a pound, and it's first come first served(pre-ordered). Also I only have 15 racks of ribs and they are $22 a rack. Pulled chicken and wings will be limited as well and will stay the same price for now. $11 pulled chicken and 6 wings for $5, 12 for $10, 18 for $15 and 24 for $20. Bologna seems to be easy to get and it's still $6 a pound. Salmon $14 a pound. Food City in Oliver springs at 3:00, Hilltop in Oak Ridge at 3:30, Solway Sporting Goods at 4:00 and Weigels on Gallaher at 4:40. I'm not sure what the market will do but prices have came down some. We always strive to put out a great product and a great price. I will take orders like normal and if something runs out we will have to try and work with y'all. I have a general idea of weight but sometimes I am surprised sometimes. Please work with us during this time as we always strive for great customer service.
