We offer many different seasoned smoked meats. If you like smoked bologna, pork butts, ribs, chicken, beef, or turkeys you are at the right place! We plan on doing a monthly BBQ event which will be announced via Facebook. Also, keep us in mind for any events you may need food served. Email us for prices and dates. I know this is last minute but we are going to provide a limited menu for Sunday February the 13th. Pulled pork $11 a pound, Pulled chicken $12 a pound, Bologna $7 a pound. Food City in Oliver springs at 3:00, Hilltop in Oak Ridge at 3:30, Solway Sporting Goods at 4:00. I will need everyone's order by noon on Saturday the 12th(tomorrow). ***Please read changes***Hello everyone. We are going to do a pre-order Saturday July 10th. However, due to food availability and rising cost on some products we will only be able to offer a limited menu with some price changes. Pulled pork $11 a pound, ribs $22 a rack (only 6 racks available so first come first serve. Pulled chicken $12 a pound, Bologna $6 a pound, Salmon $15 a pound. Hopefully prices will come back down because we try to put out a quality product at a fair price. Food City in Oliver springs at 3:00, Hilltop in Oak Ridge at 3:30, Solway Sporting Goods at 4:00 and Weigels on Gallaher Rd at 4:40. I have been told that I can get everything per normal. However, if something changes I will let you know and communicate the best I can. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing everyone.
