Greetings fellow foodies!
This year like no other I'm ready to get grilling! I have lots of my usual twists on traditional foods to make your party unique! I'm really fond, for instance, of grilled wings, which I marinade, cook in the marinade to seal in all the flavors, then char on a grill for that irresistible crunch of crispy skin....you get it! Selections could include, traditional Buffalo, Margarita, Singapore Bourbon, Sriracha - Pineapple, Apricot Chipotle, or Caribbean Jerk. Mix and match by the pound and share another type you crave - as always, you know I'll do it!
Another sample for your summer cravings I'm working on is Build Your Own Burger Party, where we do either Slider-Style, Stuffed Burgers, or regular burgers, and then you choose from dozens of toppings and specialty condiments, like Chipotle Ketchup, Roasted Garlic-Lime Mayo, Stout-Caramelized Onions, Ancho-Bourbon BBQ Sauce, and more. Don't forget Turkey, Lamb, and Salmon as burger options! Lamb, for instance could be done with a tangy Lemon-Fennel Slaw, Arugula, and Herb-Feta Cheese....just saying.

So my menu creations are being considered for a (kid of) local Tap and Grill being built this summer...You may be familiar with a couple of these if you know my food....i.e. Hard Wood Charred Pulled Pork Sliders with Hickory BBQ, Apple Ale Slaw, Crispy Red Onions, and Spicy Stout Mustard....

Amazing as always, July 4th party, year 5 at the Bailey's.....Lake Silkworth near Dallas, Pa. We are considered family (since year 1!) and feel like we were treated as much as they were with the food! Steve and Beej you rock!
