Alright waffle lovers, a few of big announcements here! Apologies for the longer post, but we want to make sure we get all this info to our fans!

First, quick reminder that we're coming in on the end of our operations as a food truck! Join us at T&T: Trucks & Taps, Patio today and tomorrow from 11am-8pm for all your specialty waffle faves! Saturday is our final day of service, and we'd love to see you all out on the patio one last time before we close the window! ❤

Second, we're going to continue our crowd-pleaser Waffle Boards for the foreseeable future! These caterings are the perfect for birthdays, office appreciation events, graduations, holiday gatherings, showers, and more! Keep those requests coming in, we love being part of your special events! 🥳

Third, and possibly the most exciting news, we're going to test out continuing our operations on a smaller scale with Sand Point Omaha! Stay tuned for news on Saturday Brunch at the restaurant featuring some of your favorite waffles from our menu, plus more amazing menu creations from Chef Shawn to round out a full brunch menu that will have your mouth watering! We couldn't be more excited to launch this, and we hope you'll join us at Sand Point! 🧇🥂

We are going to pause Brunch on Sunday’s for the season & continue them in the spring next season & Saturday will be Three Kids Lobster and Modern Waffles last day. Be sure to visit their sister restaurant Sand Point on 114th and Dodge! Where you can still get the same menu items from 3 Kids🦞

Hey waffle fans, we've got tough news to share today. We will be closing down our food truck operations at the end of this month, and our last day of service will be October 26th at T&T: Trucks & Taps, Patio. We are figuring out ways to keep our Waffle Board caterings going, so please do keep those orders coming!

When we first took over this food truck back in October of 2021, we were so excited about the potential! This was our first business venture, and we dumped our savings into getting started. It's no exaggeration to say we poured ourselves into building it up and growing it into something truly amazing! We were able to launch a second concept, Three Kids Lobster, less than a year after we got started thanks to the amazing support of our community, and the hard work of our whole team! Three Kids was so popular that just one year later, we were able to launch our restaurant, Sand Point Omaha! It's been an amazing journey of building community, creating a culinary family, and pursuing some of our longest-standing dreams. We can't thank you all enough for everything you've done to help us get this far!❤

We're sure you've all seen how tough the food service industry is, and this year has been one of the hardest for all of us. Unfortunately, our trucks just haven't been able to keep up in these tough times, and we've had to make the difficult decision to close them down. We've encouraged our team to seek new employment, so our hours of operation will be flexible in the next few weeks leading up to our final service to accommodate limited staffing as each team member finds their new home. Please be sure to check our page for the most up-to-date information on when we'll be open!

Again, we can't thank you all enough for everything over the past few years. It's been an amazing journey, and we'll always cherish the time we had with all of you! Thank you for making us a part of your neighborhood parties, baby showers, weddings, graduations, birthdays, and more!
