We've got a bunch of different ways to pay at our markets!

💵🪙 CASH: All vendors accept cash! Please only bring SMALL bills. There are ATMs on-site by the Info Booth if you need to get cash.

💳 DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS: Lots (but not all) of our vendors accept cards, either through their own machines or through payment services like Venmo. The Info Booth also accepts cards for souvenir purchases.

🔵 BLUE CREDIT TOKENS: These come in $5 increments and spend just like cash at the market (think of them like a gift card)! All our vendors accept them, they can be used on any item, and you'll get cash back if you don't use the full $5 value. Visit the Info Booth to pick some up!

🟢 GREEN SNAP TOKENS: These are for EBT program participants! They come in $1 increments and can be used on any SNAP-eligible item at the market. All of our vendors that sell SNAP-eligible items accept these tokens. Visit the Info Booth to pick some up! (

🎫 DOUBLE UP FOOD BUCKS: These are an add-on for EBT program participants! OFM will match up to $20 per market in these coupons when you use your EBT card to purchase SNAP tokens. (Example: if you buy $40 worth of tokens, you get an additional $20 in Double Up Food Bucks, making your total $60 to spend at the market). These can ONLY be used on fresh fruits, veggies, and herbs. Only specific vendors accept DUFB so be sure to snag a list from the Info Booth when you buy your SNAP tokens!

And, when in doubt, ask your vendor OR visit the Info Booth! 😉

Back to school season is upon us and we know how hard that is, so we will have a limited amount of school supplies available tomorrow at the Omaha farmers market as a thank you to the community for showing us so much love throughout the years. Please let anyone in need know to come down to see us.

This Sunday, June 11th we will be relocation to Baxter Arena Lot 26 as the Omaha Summer Arts Festival takes place in Aksarben Village.

Make sure to stop by and see all your favorite vendors as usual from 9AM - 1 PM

Come on down to the Omaha farmers market and try out this new Asian vegetable. Super similar to bok Choi and Chinese broccoli. You can put it in stir fry or sauté these down with garlic and butter. The stems are so tender you won’t have to cook them long.

I know I started these late in the season but hopefully these babies won’t take too long to fruit. Bitter melon plants has germinated and they are doing so well. 5 days since I planted these seeds.
