With graduation and wedding season approaching very quickly, I want to help y'all out! Here are some insider tips to make your special day unforgettable without breaking the bank:

1️⃣ Book your venue early! Whether it's a wedding venue or a party space, securing your location 6 months to a year in advance ensures you get your top choice and often saves you money on last-minute bookings. (We are booked for May and June! PLAN AHEAD)

2️⃣ Budget wisely! Set a realistic budget and stick to it. Prioritize what's most important to you and allocate funds accordingly. Remember, it's the experiences and memories that matter most, not the price tag. (IT COST MONEY TO PLAN AN EVENT. PLAN AHEAD)

3️⃣ Keep it simple! The ceremony doesn't have to be extravagant to be meaningful. Consider a short and sweet 10-minute ceremony to keep guests engaged and focused on the love and celebration. (The actual ceremony is only about 10 minutes. The reception last a few hours, but it's marriage that we want to last forever! Focus on that!)

4️⃣ Skip the extras! Don't waste money on unnecessary ceremonial items. Focus on what truly matters to you and your partner, whether it's personalized vows, a meaningful unity ceremony, or heartfelt speeches.

5️⃣ DIY where you can! Get creative and put your personal touch on decorations, favors, and other details. Not only does DIYing save money, but it also adds a unique and personal flair to your event.

6️⃣ Embrace the off-peak season! Planning your event during non-peak times can save you big bucks on venue rentals, catering, and other services. Plus, you'll have more flexibility in securing your preferred dates. ( May- September is the busiest time! PLAN AHEAD)

7️⃣ Don't forget the little things! Remember to factor in hidden costs like gratuities, taxes, and unexpected expenses. Building a buffer into your budget ensures you're prepared for any surprises that may arise.

8️⃣Follow the 100% rule. Set a budget and plan for 25% to go towards the venue, 25% towards food and drinks, 25% towards decor, and 25% towards wardrobe, makeup and misc.

At the end of the day, planning ahead is your best bet! It's ok to be engaged for a year while you save and plan. If you know lil moo moo is graduating next year, start planning AND SAVING NOW!! Last minute planning means paying and stressing more!🥂💍✨

❤️ I can't listen to people talk all day. I've been about to fall asleep at some of these things. What's different about this one?
😘 Everything I do is an experience.
