Alex is an amazing dance instructor! In just five lessons, he taught my fiancé and I a choreographed routine for our wedding song. Each lesson introduced new concepts and how to put everything together seamlessly. Alex is really nice and easy to talk to and is very patient when teaching. We feel so much more confident heading into the wedding first dance now and are excited to show off all that we have learned!

My Fiance and I took Ballroom dance lessons with Alex for our wedding. We came to our first lesson knowing next to nothing, and after our last lesson, we had a full dance routine that helped us to feel confident and ready for our big day! Highly recommend!

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Alex! He did an incredible job helping us prepare for our wedding dance! From the fist lesson, Alex was not only professional but also genuinely encouraging and supportive. He took time to understand our vision and tailored the choreography to fit our style perfectly!

His expertise and patience made the whole process so much fun and stress-free! He made us think about multiple different aspects with posture and presentation for not just the dance but the entire wedding day that we would have not otherwise thought of, allowing us to feel confident on our big day! Our dance was a huge hit with our guests, and multiple people commented asking if we had taken lessons or asking how we had learned to perfect the moves. We took a package of wedding dance lessons from Alex, and he is phenomenal. I was never much of a dancer and so I was very apprehensive about dancing at our upcoming wedding. However, Alex knew how to teach to my/our level and I feel much more confident about this. Would definitely recommend for wedding dance instruction, especially for guys who are sweating this a bit.

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable on helping us learn dance moves. My wife nor I had any dance lessons before we did receive compliments on knowing how to dance. He did show us other moves that we did not use as we were nervous and my wife's dress did limit her arm movements.

His pointers on the entrance, maneuvering obstacles and suggestions were very helpful.

My husband purchased private dance lessons with Alex as a birthday surprise for me. We did a 4-pack of classes/once a week for four weeks to learn the Salsa for an upcoming trip to the Dominican Republic. My husband and I really had no prior dancing experience but that didn't stop us from having a lot of fun learning the Salsa. I really enjoyed Alex's teaching style; it was informative and focused on the basics at first, but the difficulty level progressed each week as we got better/got more practice in. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about dance. It was also obvious that helping people have the best experience, no matter what they are celebrating, was a top priority for him. Whether you are looking to learn a dance for an upcoming trip, a wedding, or just to learn something new, I highly recommend Alex & Simply Ballroom! (Oh, and dancing in the Dominican at our resort after dinners was a fantastic time!)

I highly recommend taking dance lessons with Alex! Whether it’s bride/groom, father/daughter, mother/son, or just for fun it will be so worth it. My Dad and I took dance lessons with Alex for our father/daughter dance and loved it. We had no previous dance experience, and Alex helped us every step of the way to learn how to dance in that setting. When the big day came, we were confident in ourselves, thanks to Alex. We are so happy that we went to Alex for lessons!
