How often do you eat along?

I mean not only without friends, family or colleagues, but even without a TV, a book, or a phone. Just you and your food!

Today, I have decided to eat my lunch at a picnic table all by my own without colleagues, books or a cellphone.
I was enjoying every single bite! My cauliflower rice with mushrooms, veggies with hummus, berries with fresh tea.
Every single bite was so much appreciated by my receptors, and tasted fantastic!

With creating Vivre I want to bring an idea of being conscious with food consuming, tasting and enjoying the food that is healthy for you.

Food is a great example of how you enjoy yourself in this life.

I bring all my experience from traveling the world into my picnics.

How can you choose the best croissants for your clients if you have never tried them on their mother land?

I have been to France so many times I know 100% how a croissant must taste or smell like!

Something I bring from Belgium, something from Italy, Greece, Spain. All these countries have fabulous cuisine, and know how to serve food, and how to enjoy the food.

My idea about the food is to enjoy every single bite. Not only quality of food is important, but also the surroundings: dishes, atmosphere, people.
I want to bring beauty and meaning in every single minute of my life, and I want the same for all the people how ask me to organize a picnic or a glazing table for them.
