🍽️ What inspired your journey in the food industry?
“ My granddaughter, Kaylee, was employed with AOF and thought I would like it. My daughter, Amanda, also started working with us so it was a family affair.”
🍽️ Who would you call your mentor?
“ I would consider Rosemary and all of the event managers as mentors as they are all very knowledgeable.”
🍽️ What is your favorite cuisine/dish?
“Champagne Chicken is my favorite and all of the desserts.”
🍽️ What do you do when you are not working at AOF?
“I work on jigsaw puzzles, go to estate sales, go on mystery tour bus trips, go to the casino, and spend time with my family.”
🍽️ What do you love most about AOF?
"I love working with all of the AOF staff, going to different venues, and doing all types of events. My most memorable event was working with Roy Porter from California at the Joslyn Art Museum."
