Catering2You has been a family-owned and operated catering business since the 1980's It was first started by my grandfather, Robert Quartoroli and now I am the Chef and Owner of the business. We cater to any size function from private in-home, chef prepared dinner for two, business lunches, wedding receptions up to 300 persons, and everything in between. All meals are homemade from quality ingredients. Prices vary upon menu requests and number of attendees.

Menu is subject to change upon item availability. ALL meals and salads are $11 (Half orders are available for MOST menu options $6) if a meal is more because of ingredients, it will be noted in the description. Monday-NicNac bowls-Creamy mashed potatoes, corn or green beans, a generous amount of gravy, cut up chicken strips and shredded cheese OR BBQ ranch chicken salad-Romaine, tomatoes, black beans, green chiles, corn, shredded cheese and homemade bbq ranch dressing (regular or spicy) topped with crispy chicken strips

Tuesday-Filipino pancit-Thin sliced pork, (can add shrimp for $4) carrots, onion, cabbage and snap peas with vermicelli noodles OR Filipino cucumber tomato salad with Filipino vinaigrette-Romaine, Persian cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and shallot with a homemade vinaigrette

Wednesday-No lunches

Thursday-Teriyaki chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread-Sliced boneless thighs With a homemade teriyaki sauce topped with an Asian salad on a toasted ciabatta bread with a tangy sauce and served with a cold Asian noodle salad OR Teriyaki chicken salad-Romaine, cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions and teriyaki chicken with an Asian vinaigrette

Friday-Shrimp and corn chowda in a bread bowl OR Shrimp Cobb salad with your choice of dressing

Meal preps-$12.50 each-Single servings

Meal #1 Turkey spinach bento box-Turkey and cheddar pinwheel on spinach wrap with baby carrots, cucumber slices, ranch and grapes

Meal #2 Zucchini noodle caprese and chicken-Zucchini noodles with sauteed tomatoes and onions and an air fried chicken breast

Meal #3 BLT salad bowl-Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, bacon, avocado with homemade dill ranch a hard boiled egg and sliced black olives

Meal #4 Breakfast waffle box-Belgian waffle, sliced banana and strawberries with syrup, sliced apple with peanut butter and mandarin orange

Meal #5 Teriyaki chicken meal-Teriyaki chicken thighs, broccoli and rice

Meal #6 Shrimp lo mein-Noodles with stir fried vegetables and shrimp
