just saw this ...very interesting approach to a history of trance music. Like any other genre, it had its birth, youth/growing up time, glory moments, down time, and survival mode activated, but, its getting up again, and we might witness another golden era :) Today's productions can be called - "Return to innocence"! That's why I replied once: "Trance in Progress" ;)

Trance first emerged in the late 1980s and grew into the 90s’ most popular form of electronic music. This is the story of how it all happened.
