Hi there! My name is DJ Azza. I fell in love with music when I was pretty young. I kept taking my dads cassette tapes and playing them until the tape wore out. I began DJing in 1993 as way to further understand & play with the technicalities of music. Some of the artists that made me fall in love with music include, Billy Joel, Hank Williams Jr., Chris LeDoux, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Slick Rick, The Doors, Pink Floyd, John Denver and so many more…
I have DJ’ed proms, homecomings and school events such as, “Walk-a-Thons.”
I have been the DJ/emcee at numerous corporate events like holiday parties and retreats.
I’ve worked in radio having my own “request & dedication” show at 100.3 KRWQ and multiple shows at BEAT 93, including a Saturday night mix show. As part of my responsibilities as “on-air talent” were to record and produce commercials, perform “remote” broadcasts and engage in various contests and giveaways. I also had the opportunity to work on stage at live shows that were sponsored by the radio stations. I have introduced artists on-stage such as, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Tracy Lawrence, Marty Stuart, Brad Paisley and more.
My experience has also given me the opportunity to work with artists such as, Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, N 2 Deep, The Ying Yang Twins, Martina McBride, Cool Nutz, Yellowcard, as well as others.

We are licensed in Washington state and we cover the Pacific Northwest. We utilize top grade equipment as well as have lighting and effects.
So, with all of that experience, after a 15 year career in the US Navy, I decided to create 5280 Entertainment!
