We call it "paraszt reggeli" in Hungary but because it was a late breakfast, today I just call it "COUNTRY BRUNCH"😉
Sooo good! Onion,potato, bacon, sausage, some veggies, green herbs and eggs on the top.
The bread selection is Swedish, Armenian, American and all dry bread.
