We hope you're all safe and well. These are unprecedented times!

Just as COVID has greatly impacted all other importers across the world, our containers are also held up in the massive backlog at the Port of Long Beach. There are close to 100 massive container ships anchored offshore waiting to dock and unload there. This is in contrast to 0 to 1 container ships anchored pre-COVID. There is also a limited number of docks as well as a shortage of vaccinated port workers.

Our containers are very slowly trickling in. The shipping cost per container has gone up exponentially, significantly increasing the prices of items being brought in during this time.

Due to these extenuating circumstances, we're unable to give exact ETAs on products coming in as we usually do. And when products do come in, popular items are selling out within a couple of days after landing.

Please let your account manager know what you need at least six months ahead of time, especially if you have time-sensitive shows so we can do our best to accommodate your needs by ordering additional quantities for you on the next shipment, or at the very least putting you on a waitlist for specific items. Larger quantities require a special order 50% deposit. When placing orders of what we do have in stock, try to order enough products for the next six months as stock sells out extremely quickly at this time.

After being unable to exhibit at the three previous ASD Show conventions due to the pandemic, Neptune Trading Inc. is excited to finally be exhibiting again at the ASD Show this season in Las Vegas, NV!

We're at the Las Vegas Convention Center on the north side of the West Hall at booth from Sunday 8/22 to Wednesday 8/25 from 9am to 6pm.
